* **Non-Transferable**: $vNFTP cannot be traded, ensuring they remain with the original recipient until conversion.
* **Governance Involvement**: Holders of $vNFTP have voting rights within the nftperp DAO, which can be enhanced by owning Mafia Nuts NFTs.

### $NFTP Token Generation Event (TGE)
